Current FEATURE TRIPS 

Lake Simcoe - May 16-19th

This Spring has been unusually cooler and wet than normal which is slowing the current pike bite but making the whitefish action HOT!!                                                                                                                                                              Our weekend launch site is out of Sibbald Pt PP and we will be after pike in the back bays later in the day once the water warms but heading to the deeps early in the morning for whities, weather permitting.

A 6/9 or 15km paddle on Lake Huron covering 2 migratory Steelhead rivers with Brown Trout and Coho Salmon opportunities as well.  This is not a beginners trip!  Fishing methods include trolling, spin casting and drift fishing.  Paddle speed averages 2km/hr. 

There is a lunch stop-over at the 9km point where people can be picked up or dropped off based on desired length of trip.

Trip runs from April 19-May 4.

Spring '08 Trip Schedule

April                                                                                                                                             Huron Steelhead - Weekends - April 12 & 19, Tues/Thurs evenings available. 

Haliburton Sampler - a weekend of Lakers/Splake/Specks April 25-27.

May                                                                                                                                                        Lake Simcoe Opener - free demos followed by Pike fishing and Laker/Whitie fishing for experience paddlers May 16-19.  There will also be opportunities for Crappie/Perch with advance booking.

June                                                                                                                                                       Walleye Adventure - location 2.5 hrs N of Toronto not disclosed.  June 6-10, please inquire for details.

Bass Opener - last weekend of June.  This is a great family activity!!  It will fill fast, please reserve in advance.

July                                                                                                                                             Family Fishing Weekend - free demos and kids fish for free!  Details TBA.
