Niagara River Fishing

Guided Niagara steelhead trips are a "must do" for any serious fisherman or woman, but you don't need to be an accomplished angler to land one of these trophies!!  The presence of several other trout and salmon species at different times of the year just adds too the allure.  The Niagara River is the greatest year round multi-species fishery in Canada and probably North America!  The captivating scenery is second to none and the fishing is highly addictive.  A Niagara River fishing experience is one you won't soon forget and that is the reason for so many repeat customers.

The Niagara truly is Adventure Fishing at its finest!

Fishing by Species/Season

All our Niagara fishing is performed from shore and by wading.  Although Jeff has fished the Lower Niagara from a kayak, it isn't something we offer up except to highly skilled paddlers, due to the obvious dangers.

Methods:

  • Floatfishing: centrepin/spinning
  • Spincasting: lures/bottom drifting
  • Fly Anglers welcome too

Steelhead:  Sept to June

Lake Trout:  December to May

Brown Trout:  October to May

Chinook & Coho Salmon:  September to November
